Here is a guide to our other charges;

• Boiler/Central Heating Repairs ~
  £75 for 1st hour or part thereof
  £35 per ½ hour after 1st hour
• Boiler Servicing ~ £75*
• Power Flushing ~ £450 for 10 radiators
  £20 each additional radiator
• Landlord Safety Certificate ~ £70 incl. two appliances
  £15 per additional appliance
• Home Buyer's Gas Installation Survey ~ £100**
• Pre-Winter Central Heating & Boiler Inspection ~ £80
• Combination Boiler Exchange ~ from £1,750
• System Boiler Exchange ~ from £1,500

* Plus £25 for back boiler service
** Excluding materials
